I have to say I was surprised at the quality and design of Schwinn exercise bikes. These thing are really well built and work smooth.
With multiple settings you can easily adjust the speed and pace in order to get a customized cardio workout that fits your fitness level. Very nice. Some people think that you just can't get the kind of workout on an exercise bike like you can on a treadmill. I am heart to say these people are wrong.
